Victoria Homes

This comprises 40 small homes for the less fortunate, which are housed in 6 different blocks. These blocks are of varying age and very mixed types of construction. For over 30 years we have been dealing with the scheduled and unscheduled complex maintenance issues, as well as dealing with a phased upgrading of the homes to bring them up to modern day standards.
