In the heart of St Peter Port is a property which had mixed use of retail office and flats, and at the rear between the building and the adjacent road was parking level with the road. We undertook a complex project, carrying out mass excavation under the car park areas and creating two 1,100 sq ft archive storage areas complete with controlled heating, air conditioning and dehumidifying, which were in effect underground.
