The Hollies

This was a Rural site where Planning Permission was gained for 6 dwellings, 4 of which were one and a half storey and 2 were two storeys, but with the elevational designs fitting into the traditional character of many Guernsey buildings in the vicinity.

With a careful mix of rendering, granite, pantiles and slate an interesting design was achieved.
