St. Clair Park
St. Clair Park
A site on the outskirts of the Urban Area in the northern part of the island, a narrow entrance on a large site surrounded by granite walls.
An interesting scheme was approved for a large number of traditionally designed dwellings to be built around the perimeter of the site facing a central site which comprised a roadway running around in front of the dwellings, which encompassed a landscaped tree planted garden area, hence the appropriate name of St Clair Park.
In addition, on another piece of land between this and the main road a block of 4 flats was constructed, a design to appear as a single large dwelling with a wing.
