Sausmarez Brook

A brand-new dwelling which was designed with a Spanish influence and was constructed in the centre of a valley in a rural site.  Whilst it was a new dwelling on virgin rural land, there was a replacement for a dwelling on another part of the site which is very incongruous because of its design and positioning on the property.

 The successful design was for a family house with ancillary garage and storage, together with a dower unit.
