Maurepas Road

A site on the edge of the Rural Area, which was previously barn type outbuildings and the home of a table tennis club, approval was gained to demolish the old buildings and in place construct an interesting residential development of 14 new two storey dwellings with a mix of terrace and semi-detached.

Each dwelling had its own front and rear amenity area and was provided with communal parking.

Part of the interest of the design was to re-route a major stream which flooded after heavy storm conditions, and in the re-design achieved a stream through the property which coped with subsequent storm conditions.
