Maryland Service Station

What was a very old and dated station, which did not comply with current requirements and was on a small and very restricted site, we were commissioned to carry out a demolish and rebuild and provide a replacement filling station and retail unit in line with the up to date requirements. With it being on the west coast road there were challenges with the salt spray as well as design challenges working on a very small plot.
