A Rural site which comprised vinery/glass houses. Approval was gained to redevelop this site into residential use.
On the front main roadside, there was a maximum of one and a half storey cottage type dwellings and some two storey dwellings. Within the rear 20% of the site two/two and a half storey dwellings with double garages were achieved with adequate front and rear garden amenity space. They were designed following a traditional two storey design to carefully fit into the area.
