A site which was in multiple ownership. It had some open areas, some derelict buildings and was situated on high ground at the southern end of St Peter Port adjacent to a residential area which contained historic sensitive buildings.

The challenge was to create a design for 44 units of accommodation in three and a half and four and a half storey dwellings, some with integral garages and some without, with a layout to fit on a site which had huge changing levels but with the finished development to provide a new roof scape for that part of St Peter Port.

This was successfully achieved, with main living accommodation at first floor level, with virtually all dwellings enjoying the distant views of either the roof scape of St Peter Port or overlooking the harbour and neighbouring islands.
