In architecture in Guernsey since 1967, their own practice was established on 1st May 1975, when just a single room, at 14 Smith Street was enough to accommodate the fledgling business, “Robert W. Le Page MRICS, FCIOB, FCABE, FASI, FBEng, FIPD, Architects & Chartered Surveyors” has expanded to become one of the Bailiwick’s most well regarded architectural practices.
Since the early nineties the practice has been based at its purpose built studios on the outskirts of St. Peter Port where projects as diverse as “Maryland Garage”, “Domaine de Beauport” at Hauteville and the Guernsey Aero Club have been enthusiastically nurtured from concept to completion.
Offering a wide ranging design service covering everything from residential extensions and developments to airports and marinas, extensive structural and land surveying experience, plus full project management support, “Robert W. Le Page MRICS, FCIOB, FCABE, FASI, FBEng, FIPD, Architects & Chartered Surveyors” have gained the experience and ability to apply their skills to any project that passes through the studio doors.
Throughout its growth, the practice has nurtured many architectural talents and this, alongside an early adoption of the CAD based computer systems that revolutionized the architectural industry in the last years of the 20th century, has put “Robert W.
